- Provide annual maintenance service per manufacturers recommendations

 

- Inspection of hot water service and pipes

 

- Inspect and ensure correct operation of gas burner or electric element including the thermostat

 

- Inspect burner pressure, temperature and thermocouple

 

- Inspect weather protection seals on the hot water storage tank

 

- Test gas pressure and isolation valves

 

- Clean internal parts

 

- Inspect and test heat pump or solar panels (if required)

 

- Relight hot water pilot where required

 

- Test hot water service

 

- Installation of new hot water heater
